Just heard that my painting "washing the clay" has been long-listed for the John Moores Prize!

I am in episode 4 of this year's Sky Arts Portrait Painter of the Year. Can't watch it myself, but you are welcome to! Let me know what happens. Tremendously enjoyable experience. (Have to say, it wasn't my finest hour, though!)
